SHIPPING POLICY

We ship our unique photo/acrylic art overlay portraits electronically to your preferred email address.

Please contact us to discuss shipping options for all physical paintings and artwork.

All our fashion apparel is bespoke and only printed and assembled once an order is placed. We do not mass produce or hold a lot of stock. Depending on where you are located in the world, shipping may take up to 25 days. Please contact us if you would like a more precise shipping time to help estimate the delivery of our unique items. We are here to help.

We ship our apparel Worldwide except for:
Afghanistan, Bhutan, Chad, Laos, Libya, Mongolia, Papua New Guinea, Samoa, Solomon Islands, South Sudan, Timor-Leste, Turkmenistan, Yemen, Crimea, Luhansk and Donetsk regions in Ukraine, Russia, Belarus, Ecuador, Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Syria

RETURN POLICY

Returns are generally only accepted if there is a production or manufacturing fault. We do not have a physical storefront or hold stock; we therefore cannot offer a size or change of mind exchange. Please contact us if you have any sizing/fitting queries. If, in the event you are unhappy with your items, we will always do our best to work out a mutually acceptable solution so please don't hesitate to get in touch with us.
